What is ride strong?

Ride Strong is a one-of-a-kind training programme created for horse riders who want to build strength, balance, and connection — both in their own bodies and with their horses. Combining the power of equine-specific Pilates on the mat with tailored, on-horse training, Ride Strong bridges the gap between rider fitness and horsemanship. It’s about creating a partnership that feels strong, centred, and responsive — from the ground to the saddle.

Built around the key pillars of balance, coordination, centring, mindful focus, trust-building, strength, connection, and community, Ride Strong helps riders cultivate the physical and mental foundations needed for mindful, effective riding. Through targeted movement practices and in-the-saddle training, you’ll develop greater body awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with your horse — supporting not just better performance, but a more trusting and harmonious relationship.

Led by Bianca from B Natural Equine Training and Mark from The Nourishment Co, Ride Strong brings a fresh, holistic approach to rider development. This isn’t just about technique or strength alone — it’s about riding with true awareness, moving with your horse rather than against them, and strengthening the bond that makes every ride a conversation, not a command.

WHY RIDE STRONG?

Riding isn’t just about skill — it’s about strength, balance, coordination, and true partnership with your horse. Without a strong and stable body, riders can unknowingly put strain not just on themselves, but also on their horses. Ride Strong was created to change that.

Through equine-focused Pilates and on-horse training, Ride Strong helps you build the physical strength and body awareness needed to ride safer, more efficiently, and for longer — with less risk of injury, better balance, and improved endurance. A stronger, more connected rider creates a happier, healthier horse. When your body moves with stability and mindfulness, your horse moves more freely too.

But Ride Strong isn’t just about muscles and movement. It’s about shifting the way we see riding — from simply “controlling” the horse to building a trust-based partnership. It’s about understanding the psychology of the horse, developing emotional resilience, and becoming a rider who listens, feels, and responds with empathy and clarity.

Until now, there’s been nowhere for riders to develop this complete blend of physical, psychological, and connection-based skills. Equine-specific Pilates doesn’t exist anywhere else, and combining it with real-world horsemanship training makes Ride Strong a truly unique experience you won't find in any other programme.

Ride Strong gives you the tools to not only become a more efficient, confident, and proficient rider — but also to build a bond with your horse that feels effortless, powerful, and real.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN RIDE STRONG

Ride Strong is a 6-week transformational course running from 16th June to 27th July. Throughout the programme, you'll strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and deepen your connection with your horse through a unique blend of equine-focused Pilates and personalised riding training.

Each week, you’ll experience:

  • 2 Private Group Equine Pilates Classes

    • These exclusive classes are only for Ride Strong participants.

    • Wednesdays at 6:00 PM and Sundays at 10:30 AM (exception: Sunday 6th July 6:00 PM)

    • Each class runs for 1 hour

    • All Pilates equipment is provided

    • Classes are held at The Nourishment Co studio in Stroud, NSW

    • Designed specifically to build strength, balance, coordination, mindset, and body awareness for riders

  • 1 Private On-Horse Rider Training Session with Bianca

    • Personalised 1-on-1 coaching to improve your riding technique, connection, and understanding of horse psychology

    • Each session runs for 1 hour

    • Sessions are arranged at a time that suits you and Bianca

    • Bianca can travel to you and your horse (depending on distance and availability), or if you don’t have a horse, you can train at Bianca’s centre with one of her trusted horses.

This powerful combination of mat-based strength work and on-horse development will help you become a more balanced, confident, and mindful rider — setting a new standard in your riding journey.

Investment

The full cost of the Ride Strong course is $750.

To secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit of $375 is required upon booking, with the remaining balance of $375 due by 9th June.
